Can't wait to get your shipment of fabulousness? Here's what you can expect... Fab Design Company carefully prepares and packs orders from our studio in Los Angeles and all orders are processed within 2 - 4 business days. We currently ship to the United States and US Territories via USPS and UPS. We reuse shipping boxes and materials along with biodegradable packing supplies when possible as environment-friendly solutions.
SHIPPING RATES (Ground Delivery):
- Orders under $25 ship for a flat rate of $3.95
- Orders from $25 up to $60 ship for a flat rate of $5.95
- Orders from $60 up to $100 ship for a flat rate of $8.95
- Orders totaling $100 or more ship FREE!
We want you to be HAPPY so we will accept returns as long as the item is unused/good condition and in it's original packaging EXCEPT for products on sale. Sale items are final sales and are clearly marked with discounted pricing on our website. Returns that are postmarked within 7 days of the date you receive your order qualify for a refund. Returns postmarked after 7 days but within 14 days of the date you received your order qualify for a store credit. After 14 days from receipt of order, items are not eligible for return or exchange.
If returning an order/item, please send it to the address below at your own cost. Once we receive the product(s), we will notify you via email and issue a refund (including the original shipping charge) to your original form of payment or store credit. Please allow 5 - 7 days for the refund/credit to be processed and to appear on your statement.
